Refund Policy for Online Sales
We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us – so if your parcel arrives and it isn’t what you want we’re happy to refund the purchase price, but not the postage costs. We will not refund the cost of you returning the goods to us unless they are faulty. We do not offer exchanges for unwanted goods,
If you want to send goods back, please contact us to let us know what you are returning. We need you to get a proof of posting certificate (free from your post office) and to send the goods to our business address below. If you do not obtain a proof of posting and your parcel goes missing we will not make a refund. All requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of the goods being received, and refunds can only be made if the goods are in their original condition. Refunds will be made within 48 hours of goods being received by us.
Parcel being returned from outside the UK must carry a customs label which states that goods are bring returned.

We do not offer refunds for gift cards.
We take lots of care with packaging to ensure your parcel reaches you in pristine condition. We use metal and wooden boxes to add an extra layer of protection. We wrap items individually to ensure they can’t knock against each other. We shake parcels to make sure nothing moves. We use stickers to mark the item as fragile glass. We’ve yet to have a parcel arrive damaged, and we’ve posted glass to custmers all round the world.
However we’re very aware that post doesn’t always get treated with kid gloves, and it’s possible that one day something will get broken. If your parcel arrives and looks damaged from the outside or sounds like there’s broken glass inside, the most important thing is that you stay safe as you open it. We’ll ask for photos so we can figure out if there’s anything we can do better and we’ll get replacement sent to you without delay.
