Tiny glass icicle decorations are perfect for the upper branches of a large tree, and they shine on smaller trees. They’ll also look beautiful hung around your home, reflecting light and adding sparkle. We’ve combined a tiny glass icicle with a card- so you can send Christmas wishes and a decoration which can be enjoyed for years to come.

Measurements

Each icicle is approximately 8cm long and 6mm in diameter. The hanging thread adds an extra 10cm to the length.

Card and envelope are 15cm x 15cm.

Your card and icicle will be safely packed in a sturdy cardboard box ready to post. The box measures 25cm x 16cm x 2cm and with padding weighs just over 80 grams, so it can be sent as large letter post.

How are the icicles made?

We start by cutting long glass rods into more manageable lengths. These are  individually heated and manipulated in a flame allowing a hanging loop and twists to be added.

The icicles are then annealed. Hanging threads are added.

What are the icicles made from?

The icicles are made from durable borosilicate glass with a twist of colour. Clear borosilicate glass catches and reflects light, making the icicles sparkle.

How are the cards made?

Cards are individually laser cut with an original design, so you’re sending something unique. The icicle is fixed to the inside of the card with a sellotape dot. The icicle can be left on the card for this year, or taken off immediately and hung elsewhere – either way the card looks great.

Can we post cards for you?

Absolutely – we’re happy to write a message inside the card, put a name on the envelope and post the parcel straight to the recipient. We use  tracked post for everything so you’ll know your gift has arrived.
