A beautiful bold borosilicate glass chain necklace which will look as good with jeans and a t-shirt as with your most glamorous clothes.
Measurements
This necklace is made from 32 clear glass links. Each link is approximately 22mm wide and 30mm long, and the whole necklace is 66 cm in diameter.
How is this necklace made?
Made from borosilicate glass each link is individually crafted and joined to create a chain. The finished necklace moves beautifully when it’s worn.
The glass rods used to create this necklace are clear 5mm diameter rods, allowing for a bold, statement look. Glass is light and comfortable to wear, and this will quickly become a favourite accessory. If you’d like something a little more elegant our chains made with slightly thinner glass rod could be perfect.
This necklace is made by alternating clear and frosted links. The frosted links are made first. The frosted finish is created by tumbling the glass chain with sand and grit – this creates a finish similar to sea glass and it feels silky smooth to touch. These links are then joined with clear glass links to form a chain.

The necklace is made from clear borosilicate glass. This type of glass is prized for its strength and durability.
Care for your jewellery
The best way to care for silver is to keep it in airtight packaging such as the tin it comes in when it’s not being worn.
If it does tarnish (which is completely normal) it can be cleaned with a silver polishing cloth.
Glass can be cleaned with soap and water and polished with a soft cloth.
